Genki Sushi began in 1968 with the vision of Japanese chef Fumio Saito, who pioneered kaiten (revolving) sushi by using technology to bring fresh sushi directly to guests.
From the original conveyor belt to today's sushi trains, QR code ordering, and robot delivery, Genki continues to blend Japanese craftsmanship with modern innovation to create a faster, cleaner, and more enjoyable dining experience around the world.
