I seriously love the eggplant, one of my favorites. Flavor is Ono and delicious. Savory and toasted taste with onions. Yummy!
Onion Salmon
The salmon is always fresh. Look at that beautiful orange color! The onions are always sweet and crunchy. And that mayo ties everything together. Perfection.

I ordered the tamago and tuna. I rarely do these review posts, but the tuna was so good. (I couldn't find the tuna sushi to select in the search). The tuna sushi at GENKI is #1 !! I think it might be the green onion but I can't stop wanting to order more! It's really really good!

Yummy! Absolute must when coming, they usually have a special with spicy cali filling, even better!
