The birth of “Kaiten Sushi”; (Kaiten means sushi served on a revolving conveyor belt), has spread all over the world and established itself as an icon of Japan’s food culture.  Our company is proud to have played an instrumental role in this revolution.  We are constantly and relentlessly expanding our operations with one goal in mind: by contributing to the world through the spreading of Japan’s Sushi Culture.  This mission statement is the fundamental pillar behind our pursuit to reach this endeavor.

As a result, our Company under its trade name, GENKI SUSHI has grown exponentially not only in Japan but also throughout the rest of the world.  This can only be achieved through your support and we would like to take this moment to express our sincere thanks and gratitude.

We are proud to offer a product that is synonymous with Japan’s unique gastronomical culture: the principle of “customers come first” and we will abide by this code with conviction and dedication.  We will aspire to provide a truly memorable dining experience to our customers, serving our fine quality sushi and impeccable service.   In attaining our goals, we will further strengthen our commitment to the three fundamentals in the Food Services Industry:  One, through training and dissemination of knowledge and techniques which are essential to the preparation of high quality products.  Two, top notch friendly service centered on personalized interaction between our customers and us; and three, the assurance of world class hygiene and cleanliness thus creating customer trust and confidence.

On the International front, we are moving ahead with proactive strategies to provide “SUSHI”, which has already become a universal word, to people all over the world.  Since the establishment of our first subsidiary in the United States, our business model has expanded into four countries outside Japan (as of Sep 1, 2010), and we are exploring new opportunities around the globe.  Our mission is to provide an authentic sushi experience, infused with traditional Japanese essence, and specially tailored to a global audience.
